Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to the event. For furniture rentals only, full payment is required at the time of booking.

What happens if I need to change my order?

We understand that event plans can change. You can make adjustments to your order up to 30 days before your event without penalty. Changes made within 30 days may incur additional charges.

Do you offer discounts for weekday events?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount on most packages for events held Monday through Thursday (excluding public holidays).

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations 30-60 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

Do you serve areas outside of Gold Coast?

Yes, we provide our services throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50km from our Carrara office.

What if items are damaged during my event?

While we understand that accidents happen, clients are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. We recommend event insurance to cover any potential liabilities.
